This Privacy Policy applies to the mobile application Nissin Geppo (the "App") provided by the Nissin Geppo operator (the "Provider"). The App is provided AS IS.

The App does not require user registration and does not directly collect any personally identifiable information. For the proper functioning and quality improvement of the App, the operating system and standard system features may automatically collect limited technical information, including:
- Device type
- OS version
- App stability data (e.g., crash logs)
The App does not collect location data (including precise location). It does not access your camera, microphone, contacts, or photo library.
2. Data Storage
All data entered by the user (condition logs, goals, diary entries, etc.) is stored exclusively on the user's device. No data is transmitted to or stored on external servers.
Data management is delegated to the device's operating system. When the App is uninstalled, associated data is deleted according to the standard behavior of the OS.
If iCloud sync functionality is implemented in the future, data may be synchronized and stored through Apple's iCloud service, subject to the user's explicit consent. In that case, Apple's handling of your information will be governed by the Apple Privacy Policy.
3. Billing & In-App Purchases
The App offers auto-renewing subscriptions (monthly and annual plans) through Apple's App Store. All billing transactions and payment information are processed and managed by Apple. The Provider does not collect or store any payment information such as credit card numbers.

You can manage or cancel your subscription via iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
4. Third-Party Services
The App currently does not use any third-party advertising or analytics services. If such services are introduced in the future, this Privacy Policy will be updated and users will be notified in advance.
With your permission, the App creates and displays local notifications on your device as reminders. All notification content is generated and processed on-device and is never sent externally.
5. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed at children under the age of 13. The Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If it becomes apparent that such information has been collected, appropriate action will be taken promptly.
6. Security
The Provider is committed to protecting user information. The App relies on the data protection features provided by iOS to safeguard information stored on your device. However, no method of internet transmission or electronic storage can guarantee 100% security.
7. Changes to This Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Users are encouraged to review this policy periodically. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
