This Privacy Policy applies to the mobile application Video Player - FOCA (hereinafter "App") provided by the FOCA operator (hereinafter "Provider"). The App is provided on an AS IS basis.

1. Information Collection and Use

The App does not require user registration and does not directly collect personally identifiable information from users. However, in order to ensure the App functions properly and to improve its quality, the following limited technical information may be collected automatically through the operating system and standard system functions:

  • Device type
  • OS version
  • Usage information related to App stability (e.g., crash logs)

The App may access photos, videos, and files stored on the device based on explicit user actions. All such data is processed solely on the device and is never transmitted to or stored on external servers. The App does not collect location information (including precise location data). Please note that third-party services related to advertising may collect technical information.

2. Third-Party Services

The App may use third-party advertising services for the purpose of displaying advertisements. These third parties may use technologies such as advertising identifiers (Advertising ID), IP addresses, device information, and behavioral data to collect limited information in order to display advertisements tailored to users' interests.

The advertising services used in the App include Google AdMob. Google AdMob may collect the following types of information:

  • Advertising identifier (IDFA / GAID)
  • IP address
  • Device type and operating system version
  • In-app interaction data

The Provider cannot control the information collected by these third parties; however, each service handles information in accordance with its own privacy policy.

3. Data Storage

The App does not store users' personal data on external servers. All data accessed by the App is retained on the user's device, and its management is entrusted to the device's OS. When the App is uninstalled, any associated data will be deleted in accordance with the standard behavior of the device.

4. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for children under the age of 13. The Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. If it is discovered that personally identifiable information has been collected from a child under 13, the Provider will take appropriate action promptly.

5. Security

The Provider is committed to protecting user information. The App uses the security mechanisms provided by the OS to ensure the safety of information processed on the device.

6. Changes to This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time as necessary. Any changes will be posted on this page along with an updated effective date. Users are encouraged to review this Privacy Policy periodically. Continued use of the App following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

7. Effective Date

This Privacy Policy is effective as of January 20, 2026.

8. Consent

By using the App, users are deemed to have consented to this Privacy Policy.

9. EU/EEA Users and GDPR

If you are located in the European Union (EU) or European Economic Area (EEA), the following additional provisions apply.

Legal Basis for Processing

For users in the EU/EEA, personalized advertising is processed on the basis of your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). Upon first launch of the App, a consent dialog will be displayed via Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP SDK). If you decline consent, non-personalized advertisements will be shown instead.

As an EU/EEA user, you have the following rights:
